Each license of our software and timely renewal of software maintenance includes a year of technical support. If your software maintenance is current, or you are in trial mode, contact us via email to obtain technical support, report a bug, or request a feature.

  • The problem description and how it can be replicated (if applicable).
  • Your Operating System (Windows 10, Windows 8, etc) and bitness (32-bit or 64-bit).
  • Your Outlook version number and bitness (32-bit or 64-bit).
  • Any other information you think may be helpful.
