Licensing Policy

Software may be offered in term-based and perpetual licenses. The most commonly used option is a perpetual license. A perpetual license allows end users to use the software for as long as the end user complies with all terms of the license agreement.

A term license allows the end user to use the software for a specified license term so long as the end user complies with all the terms of the license agreement. At the end of the license term, the end user must stop using the software, extend the license term, or purchase new licenses.

Home License

With a Home License, a person can use the Software for private use exactly on the licensed computers. You are preventing from selling, distributing or other activities with the aim to generate revenue directly from the output of the software.

The product may only be used by the licensed user on single personal computer owned by or under control of the license plus one additional computer also owned by the licensee, e.g.: One computer at home and another at work, or a desktop and a laptop at home. However, at any given time only one copy of the purchased products can be in use.

Business License

With a Business License, a person can use the Software in a corporate, government, public or business environment on the licensed computers. You are preventing from selling, distributing or other activities with the aim to generate revenue directly from the output of the software.
