You can convert an entire mailbox, a specific folder, individual items, or search results from a PST or OST file to CSV. To get started, follow these steps:

1. Close Microsoft Outlook and any other applications that may be accessing your Outlook mailbox.
2. Download and run PST Walker Viewer on your computer.

1. Follow the first four steps in Method 1 to open your PST or OST file in PST Walker and preview your Outlook data.

3. Click the Item toolbar button to open the MAPI Properties window.
   
4. In the MAPI Properties window, click Export to File on the toolbar.
   
5. In the Save As dialog box, review the pre-filled file name and format, then click Save.
6. Repeat steps 2–5 for each additional item you want to export.
